TERMS & CONDITIONS:

  • We/PRERNA TUTORS deal in home tuitions and lead generation for the other coaching centres.
  • Registration fee is charged by PRERNA TUTORS for every new-session and tutors can't claim refund of the registration fee in any condition. 
  • Payments for 1st month shall be collected by PRERNA TUTORS.
  • A maximum of "5" assignments shall be allotted to each registered tutor, which on failure will lead to the cancellation of registration and shall have  to "Re-Register" him/her for further assignments if any.
  • Every monthly based assignments 50% commission is charged for the first month by PRERNA TUTORS.
  • For each hourly assignment payments of the first six classes will be collected by PRERNA TUTORS and tutors can't claim it from the party.
  • Thirty three percentage is charged for a failure assignment of whatever the collection is made.
  • Second assignment would be given only after the payment of commission of 1st assignment.
  • PRERNA TUTORS/We allot assignment only after the full payment of the registration fee and tutors can't claim for the assignments without the payment of the same.
  • For all assignments other than the first one, its the responsibility of the tutors to deposit the commission with PRERNA TUTORS. 
  • Commission is charged for every fresh assignment by PRERNA TUTORS.
  • The commission would be charged on the charges finalized and not by the collection made by  the tutors.
  • Registration charges and commission % can change time to time subject to the terms and conditions revised every quarterly.
  • Changes shall be informed to the teachers/tutors prior to the allotment of assignments by PRERNA TUTORS.
  • Any miss-conduct with the party or with the working staff may lead to the cancellation of registration.
  • All disputes to be settled in "Delhi-High-Court".
  • If a tutor wants to leave any assignment at any time than he/she shall inform the party as well as PRERNA TUTORS in advanced so that arrangements can be made for the same.
